Aly Workman is an accomplished IT executive with more than 25 years of experience, beginning her first role in IT in 1998. Over the course of her career, she has served in roles ranging from network engineer to IT director, building a reputation for designing resilient infrastructures, modernizing systems, and driving technology strategies that deliver measurable results.

As Founder and Executive Director of Amplify IT, Alabama’s first nonprofit IT services organization, Aly also serves as the organization’s Chief Information Officer, guiding its technology vision and strategy. Amplify IT empowers nonprofits through affordable, enterprise-class technology solutions, enabling organizations to reduce costs, strengthen cybersecurity, and expand their impact.

Previously, Aly served as IT Director and HIPAA Officer at Capstone Health, where she modernized core systems, advanced cybersecurity practices, and drove cost-saving technology initiatives that strengthened the organization’s operations.

Recognized among Business Alabama’s Top Women in Tech: 24 for ’24, Aly has also contributed her skills beyond the workplace, volunteering with local rescue squads, youth programs, and homelessness initiatives.

Aly’s leadership blends hands-on technical depth with strategic vision: aligning IT innovation with organizational goals, improving efficiency, and fostering growth for the communities she serves.
