Amplify IT was founded on the belief that nonprofits deserve access to reliable, high-quality technology support — the kind that strengthens missions and expands impact.
After more than two decades working in IT, our founder saw firsthand how critical technology is to efficiency, security, and impact. But she also saw that many nonprofits were struggling with outdated systems, limited budgets, and little access to expert help. Too often, technology became a barrier instead of a bridge.
Amplify IT was created to change that. We are Alabama’s first nonprofit IT services organization — designed specifically to serve nonprofits. Because we are a nonprofit ourselves, every dollar we receive is reinvested back into supporting the missions of other nonprofits. Our goal isn’t profit. Our goal is impact.
From the very beginning, our guiding principle has been equity of access: that every nonprofit, no matter its size, deserves the opportunity to thrive with the right tools and support. That’s why we structure our approach to meet organizations where they are, whether they’re just starting out or already well-established.
Our leadership reflects the values we bring into every partnership: integrity, collaboration, and service. We are guided by a diverse board of experienced leaders and professionals who share a commitment to strengthening communities. Together, we’re building more than an IT support system — we’re building a movement where nonprofits lift each other up.
