Deniser is a Double-Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with extensive experience in community-based healthcare delivery. Since 2010, she has served patients at Capstone Health, where she focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and improving access to high-quality primary care services.

Deniser brings deep insight into the operational and clinical needs of Federally Qualified Health Centers and other community health organizations. Her experience in integrated care environments, patient education, and quality-focused practice provides valuable perspective on how technology can strengthen healthcare access, efficiency, and outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Deniser is committed to advancing community health and supporting mission-driven organizations that improve lives across Alabama.

She resides in Gardendale, Alabama with her husband and daughter.
