Eddie Easterling serves as Regulatory Pricing Manager at Alabama Power Company, where he oversees regulatory pricing strategy and rate-related matters. Prior to assuming this role in 2023, he served as Director of Rates for Mississippi Power Company. Eddie joined Southern Company in 1998 and has held a variety of leadership roles in pricing, regulatory costing, and load research, including Manager of Regulatory Costing and Load Research.

Before joining Southern Company, Eddie’s professional experience included public accounting, internal auditing, and teaching high school mathematics. He is a Certified Public Accountant and brings deep expertise in financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and analytical strategy.

Eddie holds bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from Mississippi State University and Mathematics from Mississippi University for Women, as well as master’s degrees in Secondary Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Theology from Iliff School of Theology. He and his wife, Tessa, have been married for 36 years and have two daughters, Cassidy and Katie.
