Elizabeth Kolbe brings 20 years of U.S. Army service and a background in human resources to Amplify IT’s Board of Directors. She currently works in human resources at Mayfield Dairy in Birmingham, Alabama.

Her commitment to service extends beyond her military career. Elizabeth has served on a rescue squad, participated in animal rescue, and supported environmental cleanup efforts through her workplace. As Vice President and Treasurer, she contributes to board leadership and financial oversight, supporting Amplify IT’s mission of making affordable, reliable technology accessible to nonprofits and the communities they serve.
