Rachel Puckett
Rachel Puckett brings extensive experience in public health systems, behavioral health integration, and cross-sector collaboration. She is currently a Senior Consultant with Clarus Consulting Group, where she supports organizations in strengthening strategy, operations, and overall impact.
Previously, Rachel served as Director of The Healing Network of Walker County, leading coordinated efforts among more than 50 local, state, and regional partners to address opioid misuse and substance use disorders. She helped leverage over $12 million to expand prevention, treatment, and recovery resources, advancing integrated care models and “no wrong door” access to services in a high-need rural community.
Rachel also held leadership roles at Capstone Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), where she led organizational development initiatives, internal communications, and expansion of integrated behavioral health services within primary care. Earlier in her career, she worked in multidisciplinary criminal justice and public health roles focused on opioid response and coordinated case management.
She holds a Master of Science in Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from The University of Alabama. Rachel brings strategic insight, systems thinking, and a deep commitment to community-centered impact.
