Program Description

Amplify IT provides SMS messaging strictly for conversational purposes with existing clients. Texting is used to coordinate IT services, schedule onsite visits, and respond to client questions.

  • Messages are one-to-one only and never promotional.

  • No mass messaging, marketing, or automated campaigns are sent.

  • All messages are tied directly to services provided under client agreements.

Opt-In

By providing your mobile number to Amplify IT as part of your service agreement, you consent to receive SMS messages for conversational and service-related purposes.

  • Example messages include:

    • “Amplify IT: We will be onsite at 9:00 AM.”

    • “Amplify IT: Our technician is delayed 15 minutes.”

    • “Amplify IT: Yes, we can reset that account for you this afternoon.”

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

  • Example opt-out confirmation:

    • “Amplify IT: You have successfully unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from us.”

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature of client conversations and service needs.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Amplify IT is not responsible for carrier charges.

Amplify IT does not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties.

Amplify IT does not collect data through SMS beyond the conversational exchange needed to deliver services.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will never be shared with outside parties.
